Our deliveries are sent by the supplier DHL. The packages are usually insured up to a value of 500, - €. A normal delivery time in Germany is 3-5 days.
Did you order items with different delivery times. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time. For the sake of the environment we try to deliver your order completely. If the delivery time is unusually long due to individual items, we can split your shipment. Please contact us for this.
